For several years, I managed apartments in the Seattle area. However, I have recently taken over the management of three smaller apartment buildings in the Portland, Oregon area and am scrambling to find qualified contractors who can help me out with the maintenance and repair of these buildings. The previous manager used his brother-in-law to provide "handyman" services, but this person is no longer available. As such, I am very interested in receiving referrals for anyone who would consider themselves to be a "Portland handyman". I need someone who is a "self starter" and who is capable of working independently. Typical tasks I would expect this person to work on include painting, window washing, power washing, etc. Thanks in advance to anyone who may have a referral or recommendation!
