I recently took over the management of three apartment buildings in the Portland, Oregon area. As the "Rose City" experiences a lot of ice during the winter, the concrete steps, patios, and sidewalks associated with our apartments have been damaged due to the incorrect past use of deicing materials including salt. Consequently, I am seeking recommendations for Portland masonry contractors that have the expertise to develop and implement solutions to (hopefully) repair our damaged concrete. Therefore, if anyone within this forum has a referral/recommendation for someone in my area that may be able to lend assistance, let me know. Thank you.
